Green-edged gold. Spicy lime, mango and honeydew aromas are brightened by dusty minerals and jasmine. Crisp and sharply focused on the palate, becoming deeper and richer with air. Palate-staining flavors of ripe melon and bitter peach pit are braced by mouthwatering acidity, which adds lift and cut to the back end. The finish repeats the melon note and leaves powerful mineral and floral notes behind. Serious stuff, and complex enough to serve with full-flavored foods.
