Torres Brut is made in Chile with Pinot Noir, using the ‘Méthode Traditionelle’ a grape that is employed to produce the world’s finest sparkling wines. The presence of pre-phylloxera vines in this Chilean viticultural paradise allows for the creation of a uniquely distinctive Brut, in the style of those made by the, now sadly vanished, European vineyards of 18th and 19th centuries.
