Kaiken Ultra Mendoza Chardonnay's grapes are sourced from the Gualtallary area of the Valle de Uco at an altitude of 1,200m. Here, soils are sandy loam, providing ideal conditions for growing Chardonnay. Plants are trained to the vertical shoot positioning system and yield an average of six tonnes per hectare.
Kaiken Ultra Mendoza Chardonnay is golden yellow with greenish nuances. The nose offers aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple as well as peach and citrus notes, all of which blend with light and elegant aromas from the oak ageing. Silky on the palate, with well-balanced acidity leading to a long and refreshing fruity finish.
