Created by Julián Chivite as an homage to his great friend and top Spanish chef José María Arzak. This food friendly rose wine is made up of a blend of 54% Garnacha and 46% Tempranillo and has been aged on its lees for six months prior to bottling.  Very fruity, strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry, blackberry with rose petals at the end.  Smooth and tasty. Balanced and satisfying mouth feel. Long persistence on the finish with notes of cherry in the aftertaste. Delicious!
