TASTING NOTE: Deep ruby red, suggestive nose of plums and berries, with a hint of licorice. A fine wine with a complex bouquet.
HARVEST & VINIFICATION: Fermentation in 5 and 10.5-ton stainless steel tanks, followed by nine months of aging in French oak barrels and subsequent bottle aging. In conversion to become organic grape production.
FOOD PAIRING: Full flavoured dishes, such as game, duck and roasted red meats.
