The most modern style of our traditional Hunter Valley Shiraz. The wine has a vibrant purple colour, bright red fruits, spice and a touch of chocolate on the nose. A typically medium weight wine with strong juicy dark berry fruit flavours, fresh spicy vanillin oak and balanced acid add to the clean finish. Smooth and silky when young, it will also reward careful medium term cellaring.
