The Moore's Creek range of wines takes its name from the spring fed creek that runs from the Brokenback Range through the Hunter Valley Distillery and Penfoldvale vineyards. Sourced from premium Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc regions, the separate parcels were brought to the Hunter Valley where the wines were fermented.
