This Malbec has an intense nose with aromas of fresh red cherries, currants, and plum with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Light bodied, leading to a fresh, soft rounded tannins on the palate, accompanied by subtle coffee, and cedar notes. Well structured, showing a lot of complexity, finishing off with a light and dry spiciness. After being hand-picked, grapes are carefully separated from the stems by means of a grinder and then put into stainless steel tanks. The alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeast over a period of 7 days, with frequent pumping over, at a controlled temperature of 26ºC-28ºC (78ºF-82ºF). Maceration continues for an 10 additional days.
