An intense, fresh raspberry colour with a clean, fruity aroma leading to a rich, fruity and well-rounded experience on the palate. Balanced, lively and fresh.
This wine is made from vines from over 70 hectares of vineyard belonging to the wine cellar in Viana, and from several other estates in the region that are contracted and controlled. Plantation density is high - 4000 plants/hectare (plantation framework being 2.5 x 1metre). Low vigour rootstocks have been selected, wiring has been laid on trellises and drip irrigation has been fitted in order to encourage sufficient water for a good harvest whilst simultaneously maintaining a certain level of water.
