Cordillera Cariñena is a unique, exclusive wine always originating from the same estates in the Central Valley. The "assemblage" of this wine blends together Cariñena, Merlot and Shiraz. The old Cariñena vines of the high Andean valleys produce limited harvests which are extraordinarily concentrated, intense, converted into ripe fruit and velvety tannin.
